Historic Lancaster Flats

Lancaster Flats offers a unique blend of historic charm and modern convenience, setting it apart from other apartments in Downtown Omaha.

Additionally, the community features a beautiful courtyard with gardening pots for tenants, an enclosed dog run, and a small clubhouse that hosts occasional movie nights. Other perks include free on-site laundry, secure bike storage, and off-street parking monitored by security cameras.

We offer 12-month leases with the option to go month-to-month after the first year. Our goal is to provide a comfortable and convenient living experience, so if you have any special requirements or questions, our leasing office is always available to assist you.

To rent an apartment at Lancaster Flats, applicants must meet the following pre-qualification criteria:

• A $40 application fee per adult applicant.

• Applicants must have an income that is at least three times the base rent of the apartment.

• A minimum of 90 days of work history is required, though this is flexible for individuals relocating to the area.

• No previous evictions are allowed as part of the rental screening process.

On top of our base rent, each tenant pays a fixed utility fee. Our fixed utility fee covers all essentials, including high-speed WiFi, hot water, heating, free on-site laundry, gas range/oven, trash and recycling, and off-street parking. Tenant only pays OPPD separately.

Yes, Lancaster Flats is a pet-friendly community, and even has an enclosed dog run in the courtyard area! There are no breed restrictions, and no upfront pet fees. Instead, monthly pet rent is charged based on the size of the pet. Service dogs are exempt from pet rent in accordance with federal law. All pets must be vaccinated​.

Lancaster Flats offers secure off-street parking, monitored by security cameras, providing residents peace of mind.

Applying to Lancaster Flats is straightforward and can be done entirely online through their application portal - https://hallft.twa.rentmanager.com/applynow. There is a $40 application fee per adult, and applicants are required to pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent​. After submitting your online application, you can expect to be contacted within 1-2 business days via phone or email to schedule a phone interview and discuss the next steps in the process.
